Sarah and I sat at Hong’s cafe for lunch yesterday. their garden is beautiful. they have hung paintings on the bushes and up against trees. wood and metal sculputres line the yard. skinny tabby cats stretch and sprawl and meow at people eating their lunch.

Today was Moi day. It was decadent and sensual, which i doubt was Moi’s intention when he decided that Kenya needed a holiday in his honor but I’m not about to protest when life decides to stimulate every sense i have until i buzz.
